The Club Euskadi Gastronomika, a network comprising restaurants, bars, stores and other gastronomy establishments that meet highly demanding criteria and commitments, has been created to enhance this way of understanding gastronomy.
The following List shows all the establishments awarded this quality seal.
Some of them, moreover, offer the Chef´Voice service which has been developed based on the “Universal Design” to provide menus in the chosen languages to be read and listened to beforehand and also information on allergens.
